As a heads-up, the same thing that you noticed about NOEL$ is happening with MUMEI$ right now, while she started the day at 11.6k (around 1.5k down from her average) shes now at 14k, (around 1k up from average), and I guarantee you that people will keep buying until adjustment.
While this might not seem as much, and to be fair, it isn't that much, the true potential lies in bigger the dips that let you abuse multicoin early to get a sizeable amount of shares that you can sell no problem once people buy them back up! And of course, you don't really need to sell them after that, you can choose to hold them to sell later since you bought them cheap anyways, something would have to go very wrong for you to lose money on those coins.
