Thanks! I originally planned for the oil to be something extracted from the conifer trees (which have a bunch of them according to all these essential oil ads) but I changed it to something extracted from animal to give them functions I intend the oil to have, and also show another facet of the gentleman’s attitude

The owlet reference’s something I stumbled upon while researching owl. It’s oddly fitting given how the songstress ended up being depicted in my writing. I suppose it’s also kinda fitting since Lofi’s character is meant to be kinda bratty (even though she just ends up being incredibly cute)
It’s oddly fun to write people trying to overcome language barrier but maybe I just watched too many JP/EN collab
