Fake has a negative connotation but there is literally nothing wrong with Holo's faking one or multiple aspects of their personality. This is entertainment, like anime, or a TV show, or a movie. Yes various Holos bring parts of their real life and blur the line, but to what extent depends on the Holo. If you drink too much kool aid, you're just this guy.

My oshi, Hoshimachi Suisei, spoke in a very exaggerated fake voice for most of her Vtubing career. This is because she had a complex about her naturally husky voice, as a lot of Japanese women do in a country that values cute and high pitched over everything else. So for a while, you could say she was one of the fakest Holos. Recently, she was forced to drop the cutesy voice as it was taking a toll on her throat and switched to a voice closer to her natural lower vocal register. I actually prefer this voice more, and if I'm being honest, her overly saccharine old voice got annoying at times. But that didn't stop me from enjoying her content. And what wasn't fake was her desire and drive to be an idol.

There are real people behind all these avatars. How much of themselves they let bleed in is left to their discretion. That doesn't mean you can't like and support them, the same way you might root for a character in a story to emerge victorious at the end. Or maybe you support a sports star, who is a great leader and playmaker on the field, but a shitty person in their personal life. Haachama's voice and English is "fake". So was Suisei's. So is Fubuki's, Subaru's, Korone's, Pekora's, Rushia's, Kanata's, Luna's, Lamy's, Kiara's, Amelia's, Fauna's, Mumei's, Kronii's, all of them, I'm just listing ones with obvious character voices. They don't talk like that all the time in real life. So what? That just means they are putting in MORE effort when they talk to you. They care more, they actually give a damn. You get to see a side of them they show to you that they don't show to others in everyday interactions. It's like Unlimited Blade Works. Who says that a fake has to lose to the original? Or like Nisemonogatari, if you fake it long enough and often enough, is it still really fake? Rushia herself has played the menhera who cares about her fans too much for so long, that she actually is now a menhera who cares about her fans too much. If most of her time is spent acting one way, is she really acting anymore? Or has it become her new default.

In summary, love the Holo. Love who they are. Love who they were. Love who they are becoming. There isn't a single Holo here who is the exact same way they were at debut. They are continually growing and evolving. All for your entertainment. Appreciate them.
