Ok, now that everyone posted, let's see what we agreed on.

1. All of us agreed on the climate.
2. It seems that most of you don't have much of an opinion on the islands, see what I wrote again and check to see if you agree with my criteria. >>42363380
3. The local islands. We all agreed that Watamate should be involved in case one. As for the other two, I know that none of you have strong opinions but here is my proposal.
>Island 2 is Pomeranian.
>Island 3 is under Tsukinode Control but is Pentomo culturally.

Furthermore, I wish to discuss what an imperial army or navy looks like, but I think we need to flesh out interior lore more first. I'm proud of you guys, just follow up to see if you agree.
