Yeah, that definitely describes it well. I think that's partly why it's hitting so hard. If there hadn't been so much shit building up to this it might not have been so bad. She really should have taken a break a while ago. But I guess I'll just try to focus on the fact that she's finally taking her health seriously. Otherwise this cycle of her taking long unexplained breaks anyways would probably have just continued indefinitely or until something went really wrong.
