The majority of /hag/ would be warmer than /vnug/ on average (outside the subarctic and tundra regions), but the temperature range should be fairly similar as far as the D climate zones are concerned - you just spend more time in the warmer part of the range than /vnug/.
I should also add that you can expect some variety of biomes depending on what you want. Subarctic climate and the wetter part of the tundra-subtropical border will be primarily conifer forests, while subtropic climate is usually dominated by broadleaf forests. For humid continental, it can be anything from a mixed forest (of broadleaf and conifer trees) or a mix of that and grassland. While some continental climate naturally has grassland (see the Pontic steppe or the Great Plains), it can also be created by mass deforestation since both humid subtropical and humid continental climates are fairly decent in terms of farming weather-wise. It is ultimately up to your people to decide how much of the forest should become grassland (either for husbandry heh or farming - most RL crops are some kind of grass, after all).
