From my armchair legal knowledge, I assume because "Kson" is now an active youtuber. And he's reuploading her content. All original content is copyright held by the uploader by default. So if the fag is just reuploading her shit then he's infringing her copyright protection.

Genuine question, why not drop her now then? The most likely reason management is preventing outside collabs is because EN is still so small and profitable, and don't want anything fucking it up seriously on stream. But with 2-3 more gens, the likelyhood of gatekeeping and restrictions will loosen. It's not insane to say there's a 0% chance it'll happen.

And like it or not, a Vsj and HoloEN collab WILL HAPPEN (in the future). In the event of Cover actually making their own streaming service, how "easily" would people move? I'm sure millions wouldn't just switch from Youtube to something entirely new at the drop of a hat. It's very doubtful that this'll happen. Kiara CLEARLY isn't in her right mind right now and she's CLEARLY here/aware of what's being said here. She's swinging between two extremes because there's a literal civil war with 1/2 of KFP basically yelling that she doesn't need to change at all whatsoever and to ignore the other side, and the other 1/2 yelling criticisms and things she NEEDS to do to improve, and she doesn't know how to take it all. She went from "fuck them I'm gonna stay the same" to "fine then I won't do any collabs at all" multiple times in the same stream (extreme to extreme I mean). It's not like they're forbidden to speak about this place contractually, and if the manager says something it's only a recommendation at worst. (I'd say about the same frequency at which "Reddit" is said on stream by Holos) What downsides would come of this, other than the obvious flood of discord and redditfags onto /vt/. And obviously, an EN that does this will make certain EN1 members no longer scared to mention the "yab website"
