Matsuri was a bigger streamer than HSKW when they collabed.
The 2019 Niji audience was still too incelly for her reaju persona and hated her.

Everyone with a brain knows why Hololive got big and Niji failed, and Hoshikawa has pretty much nothing to do with it.
On the contrary, she survived better than other Nijigirls by her association with Hololive in later years.
