Are you trying to adjust her hair physics by fiddling around with the "Weight" sliders for "Dynamic Bones" in the KKPE advanced mode on studio? That's how I replicated this funky rat look. Should just be able to revert it by adjusting the sliders for these bones back to default (think this is all of them):

Ear_R/L: 0.050
TwintailsRoot_R/L: 0.100
HairSideRoot_R/L: 0.000
HairFrontRoot: 0.030

Furthermore, the original card I used seem to have these as the default option when reset -- are you attempting to make her twintails jiggle more? Pekora should also be fixed by adjusting her ears in-studio.

Ah yes, the pain of cobbling KK-base headmod accs to a ported one... I wish you luck with that, moving hair to hatoko cards imo is such a pain that I never bother (KK expressions are better too)
