>In one of the CM shorts for 6/1 Asacoco, a member was depicted in a way that could be seen as hanging (to death), causing uneasiness among people in a way neither Coco or the CM creator intended
>What has been done:
>An apology to the member depicted and establishments of measures to prevent future incidents
>What is Coco's fault:
>Lack of the ability to determine if the depiction could be seen as hanging. The CM creators are volunteers, and Coco was to determine which CM to use. Therefore, Coco is the only one responsible for this incident.
>Measures to prevent future cases:

>If someone other than Coco is to appear in Asacoco Live's stories

>Hanging
>Suicide
>Murder
>Arson
>Terrorism
>Random Killing
>Drowning
>Prostitution

>2. A check to see if [the story/CM] does not resemble any recent real-life criminal cases or large-scale natural disasters resulting in damage

Funny thing? That came to bite HAACHAMA in the ass almost a year down the line, because it was that EXACT guideline that got management to flunk the finale of her "schizo arc", as it would clearly depict "suicide"

As in every organization, every single rule that exists is a result of something that happened in the past.
In Hololive's case, a lot of the draconian rules with regards to content derive from THIS ONE event
