When Mata made that comment it wasn't specifically "the friend that plays Metal Gear" but she said it was a friend that "doesn't have a name yet" and made the comment implying people would recognize her voice. At the time we thought she meant Mika, because Pomu's graduation hadn't been announced yet.
They'll probably both be there desu, Kuro is also going.
She did say last night that she and "her friend that likes Metal Gear" will be at Metal Gear Con. Probably not streaming, but she's going to be donating a sponsorship payment to the convention on stream today and she said she made sure that "her friend" was okay with that since it would pretty much guarantee everyone would know they'd be going.
