Yeah you pretty much understand why it took so long almost right off the bat
While it's 100% a coincidence, it's still a very "Luna" thing to debut her new costume outside her genmates' wave and do her's right in-between Subaru and Roboco's costume debuts of all Holos and I can't help but be amused in hindsight despite my frustration when it took forever
