Yeah if you take a look at the archive there was a test /lig/ thread that died in a few posts. It seems after that a few anons asked around for advice, got some help from numbersfags and people in Anya/Petra, and then 5 days later the original OP, who was the Nemuposter that was tired of everyone's shit, made the first thread.

As a fun side note reading back you can see certain /lig/ posters have been here since the first day, notably Pekoposter, Ninashill, I want to take care of Nemu when she's sick guy, and the Twitch Partner Round up dude.
