Biologic-wise, sharks can't walk on land. Their bones are too squishy, the progenitors of land vertebrates are bony fishes with more sturdy bones.
But since this is fantasy, her gills should be above her shoulders and open when she is swimming/closed when she is on land, with some openings on her back. So she can breathe while swimming as sharks do.
