Sorry for the random topic but I'm a 3D artist and I was thinking about Irys and how much of a nightmare making a 3D model for her must be.
Literally all the other Holos have flat shaded models and stylized anime faces, Irys is this weird hybrid and they either lean on a more realistic approach making her look even more out of place compared to the other Holos (plus good luck trying to not make her face look completely uncanny at certain angles) or they give her a complete redesign for her 3D to make her more similar to the other girls.
This is probably why her 3D is still delayed to this day.
