Oga panders to yumes by indulging in fanservice requests and by giving kisses to anyone who asks them in superchats. He doesn't shy away from telling fans that he loves them but can get bit embarrassed about fulfilling requests on public streams.
There's a pet aspect to how he generally treats fans though, he's said that because he's a demon way he loves us is not the same love that humans think of. I think he says that to keep fans from getting too into him. Joke's on him though, I'm yume and into petplay.
