The Nijisanji contract says you are allowed an assistant, but only if it's approved.
Selen for example complained she was not allowed to hire an assistant.

Luca had an "assistant" Mizuchi, but she said numerous times that Nijisanji had no idea of her position. So clearly it wasn't approved, clearly Luca broke contract in a very severe way.

As much as you want to deflect, Selen has at least admitted in the past she couldn't have an assistant. So unless Luca's contract is different (and that would be fucked up for this specific thing), he broke contract.

Not to mention the numerous proven NDA breaches.
