I completely agree with that. I think Millie does too. Her first outfit not only is it very meh, but has so many weird design choices. Mainly her clothing .
Like look at it, she's wearing an orange long sleeve button up, With a black coat over it that isn't buttoned up, but isn't removable, she's wearing a bow tie with a Bell attached, an orange long sleeve underneath that, and a white shirt underneath that.
And then she has the issue of her hat being so large that she can never have it on screen unless it's used as a censor.

Her second outfit was designed by a different mama, and her second mama put a lot of effort into bringing out the cat features of Millie drama giving her both a tail and ears, which looks super cute on her. And giving her a very nice looking outfit that's well designed but not over designed.
