It's not a stigma anymore, like 70% of this board is on some sort of meds
Also cognitive behavior therapy reps are a daily practice too that you can make even if you dont want to do those first two

Trust me it will improve your mood and overall attitude towards life.
Another simple good rep is just talking to people about how you feel about things and tell them if they think you are overreacting. Sometimes we cant see clearly stuff because we are personally involved but outsiders can see it objectively
