The problem is that a lot of what Zaion did was already done by other talents in the past. Now you could argue that it was because she made too many mistakes in a short span of time and didn't befriend management quickly enough to cover for her, and fair point. But it didn't really reflect good on NijiEN's management to throw her under the bus when they ultimately made the call to hire her, and they could've fixed it all by properly educating the talents on what to do and what not to do instead of being so hands off that they let the talents hurt their own image.
