I'd like to imagine her being pregnant with many babies at once, but all of them are conjoined because of how tiny her womb is. The chaotic chimera monster would kick and punch in effort to make more room for itself, which sends shockwaves that stimulate her tiny ovaries. Normally pregnant woman don't ovulate, but the constant abuses on her ovaries have made them both to go haywire and ovulate daily. Of course, her womb is constantly pumped with fresh dose of semen, so her newly released ovum instantly gets inseminated and implant onto the monster baby. The baby will continue to combine, eventually reaching hundred arms and thousand eyes. However, as there are too many "mouths" to feed, parts of the monster will die from malnutrition, becoming food for other parts. Thus, her monster baby will never grow to full term, keeping her in a forever state of pregnancy. Bae does not know anything about this, and is only confused at why she has been pregnant so long.
