He really did fall off, when he was drawing Shondo his art was really at his peak. It seems like she was his muse and he genuinely did try to groom her, Neppie's community is about 60% rejected Shondo groomers who were banned or forced out of her community so settled for the 2view "we have Shondo at home" experience, him included.
It's really sad because he is/was a great artist, but he really has just fumbled over and over.

I know he's working on other projects now instead of art but jesas he went from pumping out 2-3 godtier Shondos a week to 1 lower quality N* every month, he's shunned by Hololive when at his peak was putting out regular commercial work for multiple members, mocked by Shondo, all he has is 2views now. It's pretty sad to see such a huge downfall. As Shondo would say, his stuff's soulless now.
