Gen 5 concert is proof enough that she's at the very least in some semblance of shape. 2 hour actually live concert, with only a single small break. But you can also easily look at some of her earlier 3D concerts compared to some of the latest ones, and the difference is movement is super noticeable.

Honestly, no one knows for sure. All that can be said is she started a diet at the start of the year with Lamy, and has taken a lot of dance lessons this year. Her 3d model does make it seem like she lost weight, both in appearance and movement, but that's all anyone has to go off of.
