I believe it was the margin selling I was referring to previously that you may be thinking instead. Short selling as a whole I don't think has been banned yet, as shorts held by financial institutions have fluctuated (Although not erratically) since the ban. If anyone with actual economic experience can confirm/correct me on this please do so.

Actually... I think it may have been a limit on margin selling instead of a out right ban. If it WAS a ban wouldn't the Margin selling (Light Blue) drop down to 0? (Though I have no idea what the Y Axis means.)

Assuming that's the case, and the fact that if it is at a limit and it seems to have reached that limit for what seems like every day since.... Oh fuck.
