Same reason as IRyS: Because it's a solo debut. Users subscribed through the red button on a video are very rarely culled.
But users that got subscribed through this fucking tab are most likely getting unsubbed eventually. Which is what happened with council.
For HoloX (iirc) management didn't set up this page at all during debut month, and instead linked each channel on video description.
