Proposal for 774's movement.
Reasons:
>1. 774 was shoehorned into being a mountain hermit kingdom and this has limited my own ability to write for it and doesn't reflect 774 at all because 774 collabs with many corpos and indies. Not to mention their thread is not isolationist either. They take part in divegrass, are discussed in many threads, and are more than just the good joke of "who?"
>2. Doesn't actually affect too much regional lore aside from legacy stuff from megas and old pcg that is getting reworked.
>3. It's original placement, as a follower of Nanashi, seems to have been because "Well, we need a third major empire and 774 is forgotten right?" and not based on the actual thread itself or even the company.

I await the judgment of the indie continent writers on this eagerly...
