I've been there boobros, I got cucked by my then-oshi back in 2022. I even tried to suck it up and attempted to watch her streams with her bf before they officially announced their relationship and it made me want to retch. It took me over a year to fully get over it and of that I was basically bedridden outside of work for the first few months. I dwelled in self-pity for far too long, barely could do work, quit going to the gym. Don't let that happen to you, move on as quickly as possible no matter what it takes. Bless
