G3 as a program run by Cover corp. in order to manipulate world events and the decisions of individuals, as well as essentially mold these individuals. The G3 Plan was tested during the Ameggedon Incident, on Ame, unknowingly an agent of Cover.

The Ameggedon Incident was, in fact, a recreation of the Ring Fit Adventure Incident four years prior, in which Gwar Gura had become a legend, being the "親分" of her age. Cover had designed the Ameggedon Incident into a recreation of Ring Fit Adventure as they considered it the ultimate exercise for the G3 Plan. Mori Calliope had been misled by Cover into believing G3 stood for "Gwar Gura General" and was a system capable of equipping every streamer with streaming abilities equal to those of Gwar Gura.
