Tsbjujzar (or Tsbyuyzer I screwed up the romanization) is pronounced Zip-Yu-zer. Capital letter means stressed syllables.
Conlang anon didn't provide any proper romanization for the Diphthongs so I just used [juj]. Would Tsbyuzer be better?
Hyrhjar is pronounced Hill-h-Har. The "r" can probably be removed.
Guess I can also provide the IPA in the lore doc.

The meaning for the words are explained by these lines:

It's really to explain what the people were doing before the current Republic and also why there are no monarchies or similar. The current system is a sort of extension of the system of petty states. The political culture around it also influences contemporary culture and philosophy. It's more evolution rather than just influence. All of the conlang words used here are supposed to be archaic.
