I was kind of starstruck at the start, for a short while did idealize her a bit. Quickly lost that when she showed more of her weird/shameful sides and contradictions, felt more like some creative and unpredictable person with shared hobbies that I'd enjoy having as a friend.
I made similar kind of friend among artists and content creators before and it's fun.

Then she went much more distant and I felt she just moved on, like when some old friends start somehow making excuses for every invite or activity you used to have and are "busy" (ie moved on to something else and but don't really wanna tell you directly).
I understood after with a few things she said that she apparently always did that any place she went, it felt pretty bad but I got used to it and now just participate occasionally and don't feel as involved, just aware of her but not going to do as much effort as before. I've yet to find a suitable replacement since I was pretty invested back then hoping for the initial interactions to last longer. Still interested in checking what she's up to in term of projects of course, she's pretty unique.
