My idea is a series of terrorist attacks and a general effort to increase tensions, convince the major nations that the majority schizos are being brought in by niji, and then invade. I do need to check the map for optimal invasion areas but I do want to start a war in the east to quell all the nonstop falseflagging and drama and to act as a way to progress the world slightly, make things more interesting to get more lore out of each nation involved. I think posters have gotten too friendly and are afraid of actually using their weapons against anyone that's not a schizo and a big war can do a lot to humble some of the egos that are becoming harder to ignore.
