The message makes no sense at all honestly. it's no surprise to me why the 3Ds are so hard to get off the ground - they explicitly targeted and cultivated an anti-idol type crowd because they just had to prove they aren't Hololive and are fucking psychopathically insecure about being compared to them (even though everyone immediately did it nonstop). Niji management and bean counters probably knew that the lives wouldn't actually generate as much revenue as they fantasize about (given low attendance at recent con apperances etc) and they slaughtered the fucking shit out of their actual golden goose a year+ ago (chinese fujos, or rather they let vox do it with glee and did nothing about it because they suck at their jobs).

Yeah. About that. Almost none of the ENs have 3Ds still, last I checked even fucking Vox doesn't have one. I guess JP headquarters gives zero fucks about him now that his Chinese fujo fanbase ditched him (although really it's more like he gleefully shoved them all off a tall building, same thing for Mysta).

Not to mention, Niji has stressed so much they aren't idols and don't want to cater to idol fans because those damned holobronies like that stuff and we're so cool and normal and not cringe right guys. That's why we make stupid fucking retarded jpop idol songs and promise that the thing you have most to look forward to is watch us stand around and do little Backstreet Boys dances on stage, we're totally cool and normal right.

They're living contradictions, they clearly don't want to be what JP management wants them to be but nobody seems to be able to budge on what the zeitgeist of the branch is, what the fuck is it even supposed to be. If they try to pander to everyone/everything and try to be everything, then they have no actual distinct personality and are just empty nothing, a sponge soaking up ideas and chasing after them not knowing why people like or want things certain ways. EN management is like a JP-run version of Vshojo's general ignorant disregard of things, I feel. So high on copium about being compared to holoEN and trying to pretend they totally weren't trying to rip them off with Lazusydia it results in fucking overdoses like Millie in OP.

Watched the ending of the HoloEN collab stream yesterday and fuck lads, I can't help but feel like Kiara ruined an emotional and bittersweet moment for Gura by talking over her and downplaying it by trying to act funny. What would have been a bawling moment just ended up being a tearful moment.
