So, I watched a clip of Ame to find out what the latest drama was all about, because I have not watched her in a very long time, or anyone from Hololive really. And I'd forgotten how much her fake voice annoys me. It's weird because you could argue that Finana is putting on a voice that might be fake too and yet I love her so much. So I think the key must be that Finana never feels like she's dumbing down what she says for her viewers. With Finana it feels like it's completely genuine and comes from the heart. So maybe it's not even the voice that bothers me, maybe it's just that Ame doesn't feel real as a person, like she's always holding something back. I feel bad for the people in Hololive because aside from Kiara, the only one I actually like, it feels like they're always having to hold back so as not to ever risk offending anyone. I don't feel bad for the fans really, because they're the reason it's like that. But I do feel bad for the streamers.
