Are you kidding? Nijisanji has more than twice as many livers even if you include Stars, Cover barely has enough management for everyone as is with two 3D studios already fully booked to the point they sometimes need to use 3rd parties, and you think Nijisanji has enough staff and set up to handle their own situation?

A significant amount of Luxium's profitability is in digital merch. The same is probably true for hololive, and in fact may be even more true due to the fact that digital merch doesn't need to be made to order or shipped.
