She's just as garbage and is in need of a signature change because her current signature still leaves opponents standing, which is great in concept since you can immediately follow up with a finisher. But this is 2K20 AI we are talking about so 99.9% of the time Rushia will do everything BUT following up with her finisher.
I'm exposing the business here but anons from the old thread agreed that they like either 360 Splash and the Aztec Press to replace Rushia's signature as Pettan Splash 2.0.

Majority of the replies seem to agree that Rushia needs a change since her current signature leaves her opponent still standing. Personally I get the concept, that after performing the signature that still leave opponent standing you can immediately follow up with a finisher. But this is 2K20 AI so 99.9% of the time Rushia will do everything BUT follow up with the finisher. So the next best thing to change her signature that leave her opponent lying on the ground while still making Rushia do a variation of the full body splash.
I've narrowed down some of the corner moves for OP's consideration
