>Bao is currently in the process of being canceled on twitter by a bunch of bloodthirsty vtweeters who are very upset about her turning the "baoberry"/"big one", meme that spawned from /lig/ and wormed its way into her community into a toggle on her model as well as making a gag song about inflation fetishes to go with it, declaring her guilty of fatshaming. She isnt the only target as said mob also has started going after Kenji, a male vtuber know for gag models including one that's modeled after the fat WoW player in the world of warcraft south park episode. Neither party has made a statement, likely because the people chasing them over it will run out of breath soon.
>Dokibird announced that she will be part of Twitch Rival's Apex Legends Trios Tournament, a contest with a $50,000 grand prize. One of her confirmed partners is NiceWigg, a familiar name to the Dragoon fanbase.

>A recent wave of partnership applications have been accepted by twitch leading to several smaller vtubers finally getting their partner call ups. The notable ones from this wave are Parasai, Kuu, Cyphi, and Sandyloam. This discovery was made when the bot owner accidentally sicced them on one of his own bots, leading to a mass reply chain of two bots telling other to kill themselves for an entire thread. Upon this discovery, mod staff hit the person who owned the bot with a multi day range ban, proving once again it's always in fact one guy.
>Finally, in industry news, Indie Vtuber focused upstart streaming service Vstream announced they will be closing doors at the end of the month. Interestingly, in the announcement for Vstream's closure, it was revealed by Fugi, the man behind Twitch.tv's API, coding, and layout, was working with the company on the behalf of Vshojo and was let go from the company upon the sites shut down. This leads to an interesting implication that Vshojo may have been either an investor in and/or attempting to bank roll a direct competitor to their main streaming platform of Twitch.
