Maybe it could be as simple as because they're way out of the cluster, in a sparsely populated corner of the cluster (picrel)? So no one has been there in thousands of years. But if the other civilizations knew they were there, they'd want to come gobble up its technology and industry?

Oh, so it'd be the resting place of /grave/? That could give them some nice representation, they did appear in LotB too.
Also, where in the Nebula are Hime Dominatus and the Sestag system? I'll place Shindus as well. Placing stuff on maps is nice.
