Your talents need to focus on being talents. Also working for a corpo is a job, not a hobby.
One of the talents has been the "next move" poster this whole time.
The purpose of a company is to make money.
Tsunderia operating in the black was all a lie.
Anytime a bunch of employees suddenly start saying "I love (company)!" something terrible is going on inside the company.
And this is a personal thing but it seems true in all industries: Management is useless and anything you need done for yourself is best done by yourself.
