AI will keep improving and change society, just like phones or the Internet did. People had to adapt then, and will have to adapt now. I remember being too old fashioned back then and saying I'd never get a smartphone, now I everyone including me has one.

Agriculture changed society. So did plowing, sanitation, steam machines, electricity, phones, Internet, and so will do AI. It was never politics, or philosophy, it was always technology.
