For a small time pngtuber, with no intentions to monetize streams in the near future, would there be any issues with using picrew for a moving avatar?

The artist themself allowed for both commercial/non-commercial use and I would just be taking advantage of the various expressions in picrew to have different emotions for the avatar. On top of that there's just some minor photoshop to add accessories, and full credit is still given in channel description.

At this point have been wondering since I've felt I've used it for more than what it initially was supposed to, should I be asking permission from the artist themselves?

It isn't original I know but currently not confident enough in my own art skills at the moment so this would just be temporary.
