Give PhaseConnect a try. Decently run small corpo that has effective management but aren't heavy handed on the talent - no talent freedom bullshit too.

Their recent Gen2 debuts were well received and existing talent like Pippa, Tenma and Lia are still keeping things ticking along fine.
