It's not about getting the legs in the picture, it's for getting a similar effect to ass focus or the tits tags, where you can just use one tag without being too specific and the AI will start printing quality pics. For some reason feet focus needs additional tags like soles or toes to actually focus on the feet, without them you can use it for legs
