I've mentioned it before but I kind of do an offline day similar to Shiori where it's an actual offline day.
It's basically me going for a drive, stopping at a cafe, reading a book while sipping coffee and then going for a walk in the park at night before coming home and cooking some asian slop.
You can kind of do the same where instead of going somewhere like I do, you can focus on your reps.
