This is quite interesting. The wands strike through the sky, representing great haste, however the Empress signifies a sign of indecision. This is hard to decipher...Perhaps I should have done a two-card draw for this telling, as these characteristics are shared between multiple members...I apologise, but I'll do my best to interpret.
The Emperor is a symbol of a leader commonly. Now, one could assume Pomu is naturally the representative here, however, The Emperor also represents someone who has come to the aid of those who need them, or someone with strong characteristics. I believe it is for that reason, and her interaction with them on Twitter, that the Emperor is actually Elira.
Swords have commonly been associated with Rosemi whenever I have done readings for Nijisanji, however, this is the EIGHT of swords...A lone woman, surronded by swords; a bound sacrafice used for soldiers to practice on. Petra, I believe, fits this description. One who is often targeted for bullying and teasing.
Four of Swords...usually the representation of a social recluse or hermit...However when flipped, it is used to represent an individual of great knowledge, who often overlooks those they work with. Nina, I believe, best fits this description, due to her various collabs and suprising intellect on certain manners.
