I mean both can be true. The problem with Niji is with the management, lack of support, etc. None of the people who've left Niji has had anything to say about the talents. And the talents are who become your family, not the management or anything. Hell Michi, Kuro, and Matara all winding up in VShojo is perfect evidence of this. None of them knew one another before VShojo, but they're practically a found family that's been reunited now that they're all in one place again.
