No, no, it's even worse than that. Pomu's graduation (which, it should be noted, brought in quite a bit of money) was in January, towards the end of Q3—which means none of the revenue from it counts towards the Q4 report.
To put it in perspective: NijiEN's revenue in Q3 was disastrous *despite* the fact that most of the branch's heavy hitters were still around for it. Q4, on the other hand, had a bunch of notable EN talents absent for most or all of it:

>No Selen (terminated)
>No Elira (in hiding)
>No Vox (in hiding)
and so on. We're reaching levels of GRIM that shouldn't even be possible.

Speaking of that leak: Niji may be able to delay graduations, but I'm pretty sure they can't delay contract expiration. If the contract period is 2 years like the leak says, then that means Iluna and Xsoleil are up for renewal this year. If anyone from either wave wants out, then letting their contract expire should be a reliable, fast, and generally consequence-free way for them to do so.
Conversely, anyone from either wave who makes it to their 2nd anniversary will have had to renew their contract AFTER witnessing this year's shitshow, thus destroying any room for doubt as to where they stand. I'm curious to see how people cope if the "good ones" are among those who choose to stay.
