I want to make a TTS vtuber.

I found out some quick solutions out there but they're either super generic voices or 100% copying a fictional character's voice.

There's an open source AI software for voice cloning and mixing them, but in order to take advantage of GPU acceleration I'd have to go somewhere else that isn't my home. Is it practical to make unique, non-legal concerning voices this way?

Or is there an easier solution I'm missing?

I don't want something that is 100% a human voice neither something that is a 100% stereotypical human voice. Doesn't matter if it's a little robotic as long as it's charismatic.

Before you say that this isn't the best way of doing things, I'm not looking for instant financial success, I just want to experiment and have fun.
