I enjoyed catching what I could of Sonny's farm simulator between all the other POVs! I'm fine with him not streaming if it meant he didn't have to stress about it and actually got to enjoy himself. He's a good boy and he deserves to have fun.

It's a niche I'd really like to see an male EN vtuber fill, too. I had a lot of hope that Sonny would be one to fill it since he has the skills and the sense of humor for it, but the native NijiEN audience is unfortunately all horny underage girls who think asking streamers for domestic abuse scenarios is acceptable chat behavior and that kind of cringeworthy spam often drives away people who are attracted by his frankly excellent game selections. There's a few chat regulars I've seen who actually talk about the game, and I'm glad they've stuck around despite that.
Either way, I hope he figures it out. I hope he doesn't end up pandering too hard and having that interfere with the kind of content that I think he excels at delivering, but I'm not going to blame someone for doing what their audience wants. Sometimes you don't grow an audience so much as you have one thrust on you, and you just have to adapt.
