Even if they are Twitch Staff cumdumpsters nothing but social engineering and proving a point to the masses who feel that their popularity is undeserved and is prepared to knock them off the pedestal (aka other content creators), it should be easy enough to replace one cumdump with another with the process beginning anew where one favorite toy gets replaced with another favorite toy that is newer and more pleasurable.
