this: "$env:GIT_LFS_SKIP_SMUDGE=1" is a powershell command. no git bash. no cmd.
git add .
git commit -v -m "Moving Thangs"
when you run the commit, you should see "rename" a bunch of shit like I just showed you
when you git push, it will just move the pointers into the new directories, thus "moving the files" on your repo
